I watched the debates very closey. Kerry stated in the second debate that theres a loophole in the tax law which Bush supports, and big business is able to out source jobs and get a tax reduction by doing so. I personally feel this is outrages and Kerry will fix this by changing the laws. Kerry will tax big businesses that out source jobs and further penalize those that are already out sourcing. Ralph
