As the 1999 Convention Chairman my job was to appoint a Convention publicity Chairman. Bob Orme was the appointment for 1999. When a change was made for the 2000 Convention I was the person responsible for notifying Bob, not the Board.

Let me say the change was made based on conversations Bob and I had about his time constraints and the fact that we both believed a LV member would have better access than someone from out of state. I have apologized to Bob privately for not notifying him ahead of time and I am now doing it publicly.
