I do not know who created the animation, however, I do believe that it is available for use on web-sites (pages) to direct potential new members to the Club's web-site.

The thing you wouldn't want to do is use the Club's logo all by itself in a manner that might suggest that your site is a Club sponsored or affiliated site. If you use the logo by itself, it needs to plainly show that you are a member of the Club.
