The fallacy about their "3 digit location identifier" is meaningless. If I sign up for a card in Harrah's Atlantic City for example ... and go to Lake Tahoe a year later and ask for a card, I'll get the same 3 digit identifier prefix that I got in A.C. So the fact that I got the card in Lake Tahoe isn't really accurate because it would have an A.C. "3 digit location identifier" ... which is why I personally only collect variations that the card manufacturer prints on the card, not the local casino. But having said that... I know lots of card collectors who enjoy collecting by the numbers ... and that's all that counts.
