Pete; Enjoyed reading your post. Too many times we have all read the hype associated with collectibles "not listed in such and such book" being offered for sale at way out of line prices. Because a particular item was not brought to an author's attention at the time a reference work was being written, initself does not mean it is rare. It simply means the author was not aware of it's existance at the time. With respect to Mr. Anderson's exceptional reference work, with a lot of help and input from other collectors, I too recommend it's purchase to ALL chip collectors. There is much important information published therein that is very valuable to chippers, historians, and ashtray collectors.
