I would say most people collect Pairs because in Craps (and most Games) you always play with a pair? A single die may only bring 20% to 50% of the value that a pair of those same dice would bring. There are, of course, exceptions to this when dealing with very rare dice. Recently I Paid $100 for a single Binions Westerner die, Benny only owned the club for 3 months or so. I have only heard of 1 Pair and 1 other Single out there. We list this Pair For $400+ As for me I would Rather have 1 than none. hope this helped.
