I always put a printed invoice or a printed copy of the related email in the package. I am always surprised when I get packages that don't contain any id information. I usually warp the paper around the chips inside the bubble mailer so they could be delivered without the package if need be. I did send a chip to the wrong person once - he used the invoice to send it on to the right person - chippers are the nicest folks....
