In the auction Mike is talking about, the Buyer did pay for the optional insurance. Mike only insured the chip for $100. Then he came here ranting about the buyer not paying insurance ("This JERKOFF James Hackett made me responsible for his lack of insurance when the item was lost!") -- when in fact the buyer did pay for the insurance.
