I NEVER said that here or anywhere else. I don't even know James Hackett! I just answered your two questions about his number which I got from my directory & then told you who to file a claim with when you asked. That's all!

Now you can also take this any way you want...But, in your first post you never mentioned anything about a bad zip. Then you mentioned it later. Now you say it was a bad city name. You also called James "Paul" in an earlier post. I'm not saying that you are not telling truth as I'm sure you are.
