I agree that the wrong zip probably caused it to disappear and I have lost uninsured chips in the past and just shipped another one when I have extra but for a $500 chip this won't work.

My initial post was a warning to other sellers about the paypal rules, which I did not fully comprehend because I thought anything insured was covered. I didn't make the statement that this rule is wrong, I am saying I don't agree with it and since it cost me $400, I didn't want it to happen to another seller without them knowing about it!

It has be 2 months now and the chip it gone and no where to be found. If anyone sees me selling a high value chip on ebay without a 6" long paragraph detailing exactly what has to be paid, hit me with a big metal pole and put me out of my misery.
