Just my opinion, but whenever I sell an item, I believe it is my responsibility as the seller to make sure the item gets to the buyer which is why I include all shipping charges and insurance (if it is high priced item) into the auction price. I think that if I was getting $505.00 for a chip, I could afford the extra few dollars out of my pocket (me being the seller) to insure the value of the chip.

I don't insure a low priced item, but still accept responsibility if it was lost.

Those are my thoughts.
