Looks like it will be difficult to accommodate everyone. It seems like Hartford area would be more of a middle ground for everyone and is a good locale. As for date and time...that is also a tough call.

As Dick suggested, I will gladly look into a few venues for our meeting. Depending on the date and the number of people, I will consider having it at my house (which is about 20 minutes from Hartford). I will get back with some suggestions.
