The chip is not from the Union Plaza or Plaza in downtown Las Vegas.
My friend Armin informed many chippers months ago that the chip is from Puerto Rico. I respect Armin's opinion and believe he is correct.

Many dealers are selling this chip as Las Vegas. They know better!!! Best, Jim
