Almost correct, John. A perfect wheel has no memory. Money has been made in the past analyzing the string of hits to detect wheel imperfections. This probably is a moot point now, with better wheels and replacable number slots, but it has been worked to advantage in past years. Still would probably work in smaller clubs with unsophisticated management or in social or 'private club' environments. You have to monitor a long period for it to be of value... probably 300-500 spins.
