More than likely Luigi's chips! <g> Of course
anything is possible, but with documentation showing
us that the Lg-Crn, T's, X and Dots mold were the
primary cash value chips in the LVC's early days, I
kind of wonder why a quality, top-of-the-line Crest
and Seal chip would have been chosen for the wheel -
especially of a design other than the well-known
circular text of that period. Of course we know the
Dunes and other casinos used Crest and Seal chips on
the wheel while embossed mold design chips were cash
value, but those logos followed what was on the
value chips. Where is John K. Houssels when we really need him? <g> I would like to say, though, with the experts we have currently working on positive attribution, it won't take much to convince me when the first echo is heard.
LVC. Your're a nice chip, but who are you, really?
