Got a Question for Current or past Pit Bosses

I have a quick question.

I really don't gamble, I like my money.
But always think of ways to beat thinks.

Anyway do dealers look for this tactics of players.

Let's say I play Roulette.
And I play the colors.

Everytime i loose i double my bet. Until i win. At that point i start back out with the original bet.

For Example

100 then 200 then 400 then 800 and so on. If it takes you 4 rolls to hit that color you current wagers would be 1500 total. But if you hit at 800 you get 1600 back.

You could do this with any amount. As long as you always keep on doubling your previous bet. Eventually you will hit and your winning would be the amount of the original bet.

Now on roulette the colors keep on switching all the time so it shouldn't be too hard to win like this.

Are Pit Bosses seposed to look out for something like this. Do they ask you too leave. Has anybody ever done this.
