I use C D padded mailers that i get from the swap meet near by ....and i get them by the case.

If you send things w/out delivery confirmation , almopst anything will work....but no delivery conf / leaves the door open for people to say they never got it.

A envelope must be at least 3/4 of an inch thick to use del.conf by U S P S (i pad extra)
