Do all Hard Rock Cafes have Chips or do they have to be associated with a Casino to have them?

You have two different Chips from Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino's in CT ($2.50 from Foxwoods and $1.00 from Hohegan Sun), they have UV 1 & 2.

How do you know which one you got if you have no Ultra violet light? And how did somebody find out there were 2 different, is this common practice to use a ultra violet light on chips?
