Just another member reporting in to say I have
"weathered" the storm. Here in John Knox Village we evacuate the villas & move into the high-rises,
which we did on Friday. (I am in Pompano Beach.)
Our edge of the storm has passed, I understand it is crossing Florida & will come out at about Tampa Bay before crossing the Gulf of Mexico.
Lost some large trees & branchs here in JKV but
the residents are all safe. No power from over 24
hours & I had a hard time finding our hosts' plumbing facilities in the dark several times
last night -- but I returned to my villa & found my CHIPS all still dry.--- NO NEED TO RESPONSE.
