I have an Old timer (in his 90's) friend in Tyler. Been running home games there for over 60 years, still doing it. He also owns the most popular restaurant in Tyler for as long.

I showed him the chip. He asked me if I had it made. He says there was never a Silver Dollar Ballroom there.

That said:
I think it had to be there at one time but a small operation and did not last long.
