Robert,
He could've asked here (if he didn't know), then given a proper description. That doesn't appear to be a concern with this guy.
I did post a note saying that I thought his description of his $250,000 chip auction was overall accurate. I got email from a noted collector that basically blasts his disclaimer out of the water, but it wasn't anything that hasn't already been posted on this BB concerning his auctions.
A one of chip (Mark) has a serial number on it. Your ad states that the chips you are showing have "#1 of 1000" on them. They don't. Numbered chips are serialized. Limited Edition chips are 1 of what ever. All you had to do was ask, but I think you already knew better.
Continue to mislead people in your eBay auctions, and I'll act on another note that I wrote on this BB that you missed when the BB started tossing notes. I'm sure that your ISP would be very interested in the obscene email that you sent me. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! Your ISP has TOS, or Terms Of Service agreeements that you have agreed to. Sending obscene email is a violation of that agreement. Imagine what would happen to your auctions if your internet access were to be terminated.... Think about it.
We are a community here. Be a part of it, learn from us, OR, ignore us as you continue to do, hide your auction bidders and leave people in the dark. We educate people here. You hide auction bidders and say "you decide".
