eBay apparently no longer automatically advises a bidder when the bid has been topped. When did that happen? Is there a remedy? I depend on notice to up my bid if I desire.

Second, I went to MY EBAY to check out the status of my deals and discovered that 9 items are shown as unpaid for. Most have in fact been paid and I have left positive feedback. Why does this incorrect information appear?
