Any idea where, when and how it was used? Manufacturer's sample? Souvenir? Home game chip? Roulette chip? Casino chip? Cruise ship chip? Reverse side is the same - no denomination, no location.

I spent some time this afternoon at Jim Episale's "Unshredded Nostalgia" store in Barnegat, New Jersey - what a treasure chest of cool old stuff - movie posters, furniture, china, books, magazines, photos, and of course casino memorabilia! I picked up the chip below, but Jim wasn't sure of its origin.
