I'm not a real big chip "trader"...I just never reached a real level of comfort with haggling over what you think something's worth versus what I think it's worth. But I do buy from and sell to people that post on this BB...but I also pick and choose who I deal with based upon the opinion that I have formed from what is written here and upon the opinions of those within the hobby that I trust and respect.

Two examples -- One, I sold a chip on a year ago or so to Mark Sutton. No problems...positive feedback to & from him. But then Mark related on this BB his feedback policy. I don't agree with his beliefs, so I blocked him from bidding on my auctions.

The second is Pete Rizzo...there are some that don't trust him or despise him for some things that are said that he has done. My experiences with Pete have been excellent...he has helped me out with chips and pricing countless times and I will continue to buy from him. On the other hand, with no personal experience but simply based upon the postings and comments made about Vic Galante, would I ever do business with him -- NEVER !!

Reading this BB and extracting what you want is sometimes like picking fly$hit out of the pepper. Steve B
