The "Ebay Professionals" are confusing this Norweigian...
This guy has a score of nine and is deemed to "not have it together." (this has nothing to do with his messed up chip auctions.) He has all positives. Seems Okay, everyone has to start at zero. Of course. check the guys feedback when seeing a low score. He doesn't have anything I want but if he did I would not hesitate to bid.
Then, recently I learned on this board that one should probably not bid on any sellers auctions that have a score of 500 or more. What I gathered was that it meant they were now a business and were short on people pleasin, or something and needed to be regarded with extreme suspicion. Nevermind that they have no negatives. Just a good rule of thumb, I guess.
Ok, so my question from the "professionals"is,should I just bid on people's stuff who have a rating of say, 150-400?
That would give the newbie time to prove himself and would give me a little protection from the soon to be 500+ person that is gearing up to run a sloppy operation upon reaching 500 feedbacks.
Just one man's opinion, but I think there are a few good folks that are making this Ebay thing a little too difficult...(I will remember 150-400 and know I am safe, Got it).....
Whew!!!
