Both, until the chippers pick out all the Horseshoe mold chips. <G> There are also variations on the inlays. Larger head and smaller head on the H&C mold chips.
They must have ordered a ton of those Horseshoe molds, because in 1994 they were easy to pick out of the racks in very good condition. The 25c browns were the first to disappear, but they may still be mixed in. (ask someone who has been there in the last year?)
Chip picking tip for you locals... the 25c brown Horshu mold is a slightly different color than the H&Cs. If you see a stack of these at the crap table, you can easily see the old ones.
I used to like playing downtown because of all the minor variations someone could find in the fractional chips.
