...I don't know if you did this this last time, but I think you should set up a mailing list for all the players who have played in previous tournaments and e-mail them all the password prior to the tournament. You can just keep adding the new players to your list.

Last night, I decided I wanted to play and at the last minute I didn't have the password and couldn't get in in time. If I had the password sitting in my inbox, I could have been a contender. For at least a few hands, anyway.
