I can see your point. I don't think it applies to NY (Turning Stone Casino) when it comes to State laws. They want nothing from the state of NY but yet want them to settle the land claim.

I made a joke one time at Seneca Niagara Casino once, I got 10 $1.00 chips, the woman in one of the gift shops said what are you going to do with them all. Of course I said I know people who collect them and you can sell them on eBay. She said, I'll have to see what you can get for them on there.

Gee, hope I can get some more next time. I wonder if Casino's watch eBay and see if there Chips are up for bid on eBay. I know for a fact that State Lotteries watch to see if there Sample Voids are being sold on eBay (another hobby I have, collecting lottery tickets).
