It's true that Churchill Downs bought the track and the land at Hollywood Park, including the building which houses the "casino" (really a card club) that sits on the grounds. However, Hollywood Park, Inc. will still operate the casino, under a lease as described in the post above. So Churchill Downs is a landlord to the casino, but HP will continue to run it. I doubt that they will even change the chips used.
