Maybe now you are seeing what this guy is. HE says eBay won't allow him to let the winning bidder specify the chips that they win if they win. That's the tactic he used in his Dutch auctions before he went to the private auction. You can't do a private Dutch auction. He could very easily specify what $1,000,000 worth of casino chips are, but he won't. He won't specify the number of chips that the winning bidder will receive. WHY? In a word, fraud. ....Lies meant to trick people.
