TCR lists this as a Borland as this (N9985) is a counterfeit of E1262. The hotstamp is darker on the counterfeit.

The 25c also has the darker hotstamp. This means they would post-date Borlands acquisition of the molds and could not therefore be "samples sent to Borland when he bought the mold"
