Why do you suppose all those little old ladies and gentlemen (thousands of them) get off the hundreds of busses that pour into that city every day? Hell, they can go to the bank and take out bags full of quarters if thats what they want to do with them. People like to "WIN" things. Sure, they'll probably wind up paying double of what they could buy 'em for. The thrill is in the hunt. Something like roulettes I guess.
