I asked:
"$2000 for shipping AND you are trying to collect Pay Pal fees from the buyer??? You must be sniffing glue? What you are trying to do is against eBay's user agreement. Cheers! billnict"

His reply:
"$2000 for shipping, makes the start bid lower IE: more views, lower fees via ebay. and Paypal is free if transfered from a bank account. The face value of the chips is $1813+ the clear racks. E-mail me if you have any other questions. Tks, Rich"

I am personally surprised that eBay hasn't shut his auction down. He is apparently a newbie with a feedback score of only 6 and thinks he can get away with it.
