You've constantly said you would not combine shipping, so you charged me $16.65 to ship nine chips. Yet you contradicted yourself, and you DID combine shipping in a single envelope for $1.29. The extra amount is what is in dispute. You kept it, because the bids on your chips didn't get up to the levels you wanted to get for them. That's tough. You want to make up what you perceive as "lost profit" by jacking up the shipping charges. That's against eBay's rules, which you have always failed to address. Most likely, that's why you refused arbitration with eBay's Square Trade. You were wrong, and I strongly suspect you know it. But your pride (or ignorance) gets in the way of you publically admitting it, which is why we're having so much fun at your expense.

As long as you post to this board, this matter of your personal dishonesty and/or stupidity will be discussed in detail.

Again, here's the problem you will need to address in order to make this issue go away: You claim you would not combine shipping and handling on nine chips, yet you combined shipping of all nine chips into a single envelope. You refused to refund the difference. You are dishonest.

And all the smiley-faced icons in the world won't make that issue go away, nor will it rescue your decimated reputation.
