Marc Sutton is filing a lawsuit against me for $110,000. He claims that I personally damaged his reputation.

I need all clubmembers to get in touch with me. I am looking for all defamatory remarks, Any slanderous comments, any terrorist threats made to you or if noticed him sending messages to other members like that. For example, the message of him following members into the bathroom, etc. I need all innuendo's and threats from all posts, emails or any other material you might have. If he has a case against me then he has a lot of cases against him. I am preparing a package for the state DA. I could not get in touch with her(or him) today but Monday I am taking off work to get in touch with her(him). I need all these threats and slanderous remarks emailed to me by Monday. In searching through the message board it is so surprising to me how many people have urged to have Sutton removed from the club and the club has not listened.

Item 1 You brought public scourne on yourself. All post will prove it. Then you will have to sue each and everymember in each and every thread.

Item 2. What is false about the fact? You have the money and the clock.

Item 3. In his anger he must have missed that one...It goes right to 4...

Item 4 Your public contempt and ridicule was caused by your own words and posts.

Item 5 Your loss of self esteem, respect, good will, and confidence of all the members...I will let the clubmember posts, and emails speak for themselves.

item 6 Your reputation was harmed well before you met me. The dates on all the posts and messages will also speak for themselves.

item 8 You are suing me for the loss of opportunity for selling your clocks....Then All I did was let people know of your return policy!

Item 10. The courts will have to tell me to pay you $110,000...And then I will still not apoplogize for the truth!

I will not apologize for my comparison of Mr Sutton to his actions.

I will not sign your waiver.

Maybe now is the time you should tell me that you know where I live and make innuendo's that you may be watching behind me. You think a lawsuit is going to chase me away when you make innuendo's that you are coming to my neighborhood and work to harm me and my family.

You obviously still don't understand the kind of person I am. My family means the world to me and you will never back me down from defending them or myself.

Is this what I was supposed to be afraid of?
