The roulette works the same way with cards from Zero to 36. However, the 'shoe's we speak of are actually machines which 'shuffle' the cards before each draw. Used cards are fed straight back into the machine. Card counting will get you no-where.

The part I didnt like was the fact there is no opportunity to examine the cards and make sure they are all there.
