I'm afraid he doesn't get it at all... that's been explained to him many times over the past 10 months and it just hasn't sunk in. He's changed his eBay shipping policy to more accurately reflect the actual shipping and handling charges, but why he won't make good on the original swindle with me remains anyone's guess. Still, it's entertaining to speculate on why that is! I'm leaning toward the reason being 60% his stupidity and 40% his dishonesty, which in proportion are about equally offensive.
