Whatever happened to "the customer is always right", customer service, or even common courtesy for that matter?

You advertise here every single day trying to get folks to buy from you. I tell you that I can't find items on your site and I can't calculate the total price and your "helpful" response to me is "if you don't like it go somewhere else".
