Exactly! If Vic was to make good on the previous screwings he inflicted on Charles Kaplan and myself, I'd consider the matter dropped, and would even make a public announcement of the fact that Vic cleared up the prior messes he left. But this, of course, hasn't happened, which begs the question of why it hasn't. The only two reasons I can think of are 1) Vic is too proud to admit he was wrong in pocketing an extra $15 in unused shipping charges, or 2) Vic is unable to understand why what he did was a bad thing. In either case, it would not be a good idea to do business with him until he is able to overcome both challenges. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.
