If the Webmaster would take a stand and CUT OFF the NOT-GOOD-FOR-THE-HOBBY message threads, maybe we can get back to the HOBBY! When it gets to the point where people are trying to ram their "banner" down others' throats, and the name calling, and who's dog is bigger and people flexing their political preference muscles on THIS BOARD, it's just plain B.S. that should be eradicated! When discussions turn from the sublime to the ridiculous (and you all know we've had a plethora of them lately), they should be terminated. Allowing "Point-Counter Point" ad infinitum on a board such as this is not healthy for the hobby.

QUESTION: This inquiring mind wants to know, is the owner of a website indemnified from any legal actions that might arise from pissing contests (name calling, character assasination, etc.) conducted openly on a website that eventually end up in a law suit?

ON SECOND THOUGHT, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW. I DON'T WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STARTING ANOTHER 5-MILE LONG THREAD .

Other than my statements above, I will not discuss any of them on this Board. I am a casino memorabilia collector who comes to this Board to associate with like-people and for that purpose ONLY!
