I wouldn't say it's HUGE, according to the latest DEF-14A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission the Hilton family's total percentage of shares in Caesars Entertainment is only 7.5 percent which would make them a minority stakeholder even though they do have Barron Hilton and Eric Hilton on Caesars' Board of Directors and the Hilton Hotel Corporation owns 0 shares or at least a number of shares the is under 5% and therefore are not publicly reported and as it turns out the current majority owner of Caesars with the most number of shares is Wallace R. Weitz & Company with a 12.6% percent stake.
