The biggest problem when United started up with this about 3-4 years ago was keeping them up and running. They were made by IBM and the maintenance cost was very high. Then they trained United Emgineers on fixing them. After 9/11 because of security these were the last to be put back online, per the FBI. Needed to add more security to them and more programming had to be done. Now you will start to find them everywhere.
