Maybe you could do a "Next 10 to Join", and do two of them. Thsiu way, when club members whats to participate, it wouldn't be as much of a hassle to address all of those bubble mailers.

There would also be an added bonus for doing less then 20. I think we'll get alot more members wanting to donate. So maybe to two sessions of 10?
