Jim that burning question is still unanswered. Maybe you missed it; maybe you are ignoring it
because it speaks volumes about Pete and how he does business. It also says something about you, that you continue to ignore the question. I answered two of your 4 in good faith, but I knew you wouldn't address this question. You want to ask questions and ask for links, but make to effort to find the facts. What are we - your secratary?
If they are Casino Chips, what Casino issued them?

You want to say Pete didn't list chips like I wanted them listed? You're full of it and now you are simply ignoring the facts rather than facing them. If they are Casino Chips, what Casino issued them? He still has some old listings alive, but you think Pete would revise or remove them? No - that would be too honest.

The last is listed as a "$5 Casino Chip" Jim, so is that an honest listing? It has a $5 denomination and is listed as a casino chip. Total misrepresentation, no two ways about it.

Now you want to call out other posters for making nasty statements, but haven't a word to say about Pete suggesting I had a boyfriend and that I am gay? How about that Jim - what have you to say about that now? Go ahead and ask Pete what he said, so you get your Facts!
Individuals must do what they have to do. I am glad Pete decided to refund your money and move on. What happened in the past is beyond my control. When someone is not pleased with a transaction the seller should do everything he can to correct the situation. In your case a refund was in order.
Pete decided to refund the $ because he couldn't take the constant watchful eye of a burned customer. Gee and only 15 months to do the right thing. Wow - he's still a bait and switch artist no matter how you cut it.
As far as your statements involving the other areas that seem to have caused you difficulty I have no answer or suggestions. I merely deal in numbers and transactions not in personalities. I do not like to see unhappy customers for any dealer.
Other areas? What a circular way of addressing what Pete did. Since you only deal in numbers,
here's one for you: Pete is a ZERO.
I do wish you would stop threating people with your possible legal action. It does not scare me since I have been there and done that. No one can stop anyone from taking a legal action. However, "threats: resolve nothing. I would believe you would be happy concluding your deal and receiving your money back. If not that is now your problem. Do what you believe you must do; but just quit with the rhetoric. It gets old and I'm sure others reading this board are really tired of it also.
You and I agree - it is time to stop threatening legal action and actually sue the two who have
big mouths and think they can say what they like. Trentacost is first and Pete is second.
Why would it scare you? It's Pete that'll be paying the legal bills. It's more of a demand than a threat - you know the drill. Either I get a retraction, or I file a defamation action. You tell me I should be happy with my refund and consider our association concluded? So you'd have Pete call me a fag in a public forum and just do what Jim, forget about it?
Either you've lost your mind, or you think I have Jim, because that's not going to happen. If you are Pete's advisor, I'd strongly suggest that he issue a retraction the same place he made the statement.
My problem, or Pete's problem? Think about it.
Now unless you have something helpful to add, go away and stay there.
