Correction....it's the HOTEL i don't like. The casino is fine, although the comps could sure be better.

My gaming experiences with Harrah's have never been negative. In fact for the most part, the pit folks have usually been very nice and enjoyable to play around.

It is this particular Harrah's hotel that made the screw up, and this particular hotel manager that handled things so badly.

Of course the is still the issue of them not responding to my email complaint.

So, now to be perfect succinct:

Harrah's Hotel in E.Chicago, IN Sucks !
