Pete Rizzo purchased 90 pieces of a Moulin Rouge $100.00 chip. It is the Eiffel Tower inlay, rectangle mold with three white (cream inserts). I believe the TCR number is N1940. 26 chips out of the 90 purchased cannot be sold due to lifting inlays, nicks, etc. This leaves 64 better than average piece that Pete has placed on the market. He started the sale price at $49.95, limit one chip per customer. I believe he has now raised the sale price to $69.95.

I have personally examined a sample of the chips with a powerful glass. I could not find any evidence of repair. I believe the chips are in original condition. The condition the seller found them in when he purchased them at an Arizona flea market a few years back.I do not believe Whalen or any of his cronies have "fixed" or repaired the chips.

Pete has informed me that control of the 26 defective pieces will remain with him. I gave Pete my opinion on the 64 chips and suggested to him a much higher retail price than what he is currently selling them at. 64 good pieces is hardly a "BIG" find when taken in conjunction that they will be placed in collections and gone off the market quickly.

For those of you who do not know, I am the Rizzo's CPA.I was hired far enough back to know first hand that many of accusations, character assassination by small minded individuals are simply not true. I have kept still primarilly because I did not wish to mix business with pleasure. I have not known Pete to "bait and switch" any of his customers; nor do I have any knowledge of any finacial wrong doings either in sales or trades with dealers or the general public.

I do not have any clients who are dishonest or lie to their customers. I realize individuals have differences of opinion so be it. I also realize that certain individuals have turned in Pete to our fine organization with formal complaints for not listing chips on Ebay the WAY THEY WANTED the chips listed. I am truly sorry for those individuals who are so filled with dislike and even HATE that Pete Rizzo has become an obsession for them.

Too those individuals I would suggest to enjoy the hobby and move on. As too the chips, if anyone has a question please post it here and I will try and answer your question if I can.
