I've found that scanning my traders and posting them on this b.b. gets good results. I also take my traders to chips shows and there are always a half dozen dealers and collectors that have cards to swap. There is one dealer who goes to the big shows and sells cards as well, and that's a way to get some of the really early ones. Be sure to look at Janice's collection at the next show as she has probably the largest variety of any collector. She also has a check list of the cards she knows about, but I've found it somewhat limited in usefulness in determining varieties. You really need to see the card or a good picture.
Cards have not established a foothold in the on-line auctions yet. Maybe because they usually go for a dollar each and it's not worth the bother. I have seen
Bob Mera's eBay auctions a couple of times where he offers a grab-bag of 10 or 20 different but they don't seem to generate much interest. This niche in the hobby is still pretty new.
