It is part of a set of paper chips marketed in the 1930's by a company called Dyment. The art is supposed to have been done by a cartoonist from New Yorker.
I don't have extras (in fact, I'm just in the process of completing my set) but Michael Par who sells a lot of poker chips on eBay has extras for sale at $5 each. I got my first one as a gift from Michael Knapp in the poker chip Round Robin I started a number of months ago.
