TCR does list these as a $5-9 chip, but I don't know why. The seller indicated he bought them from the cage, presumably at 50c each. They should probably be listed at $1-2 value.

I wouldn't think this would be a good lot to bid on if you just want to get traders. If you can get them at face value, go for it... but the lot starts at $1.10 a chip with shipping. And a box is a lot of one chip to trade; you may have a lifetime supply, here [g].

If you don't get to LV often, and want some traders, there are frequently lots of current chips on eBay that sell for less than face value. You might try bidding on one of these. Just a suggestion.
