What I've read is Ladbroke would like to sell all their U.S. operations to one buyer. I know it includes a racetrack in Pittsburgh and some stuff in Colorado and Canada (not sure exactly what) so that probably means some big company. Supposedly a couple of the big companies are in discussions now. I think the uncertainity right now about Indian Gaming in Calif. makes it less likely for an Indian tribe to take over Casino San Pablo.
